Dear guests!
to make your stay as comfortable as possible please follow these rules as everybody else does:
Arrival / Registration
Please register as soon you have arrived and fill out our application form. Please also register if you are a visitor or intend a single night stay. (a fee will be charged)
Announcement
You find all legal announcements at the registration. They are part of our Campsite regulations.
Business / Sales / Advertisement
Business, sales or advertisement is not allowed on our campground.
Car and Caravan wash
is not allowed.
Campground arrangement / Operations Manager
has the right to refuse all persons and guest if it's in the interest of the other campers. Especially by violation against the Campsite regulations.
Children
Under the age of 12 years are only allowed to camp if a parental authority or a group leader (with official ID) is with them. Children ages 12 - 17 need a signed declaration of a parental authority. The declaration must be not older than 8 weeks.
Cycling
We advise that all cyclists drive carefully and responsible. Please drive only on the paved path (red lane). Don't forget to turn on your lights by beginning of dark.
Consideration
Please pay respect to all other guests and avoid purposeful noise. Also advise your visitors. Use a wise portion of volume on your TV and Radio set. During the rest period please avoid loud talking. Everyone who ignore our rest period may assure of refuse by the campsite operator.
Cleanness
Everybody loves a clean facility. Even you. Please handle all facilities of the campground especially the sanitary equipment with care. Infant to age 6 years need to be with an adult to use our sanitary equipment. It is not allowed to remove a shower head or adjust a new shower head. Please use the toilet paper economically.
Campsite
Building of burrow or holes, fences or damage to the sod is not allowed. Please watch that nobody gets hurt through tent-pegs, lines, electric cable and other tents. Changing of your campsite-lot during the high season is not possible.
Departure
Please see the Operation Manager before departure. Time of departure is noon (12 pm) after that time an extra night will be charged. By signing out, the electricity charge is due and you will also get back your deposit. Please make sure you leave your campsite as you have found it. All extra cleaning will be charged.
Dogs
Due to hygienic problems dogs are not allowed on our whole facility.
Extra stay
Please let us know up front if you want to stay longer as planned.
Fishing
is allowed at the designated areas. You will need a guest fishing card and a valid fishing license. Guest fishing cards will only be given to you with proof of a valid fishing license at the front desk.
First aid
First aid boxes are located at the administration office as well as is in the sanitary-building II. Telephone emergency calls are possible at the administration office as well as is in the sanitary-building II. Life savers are available at the beach as well as in the sanitary-building I, II, III, IV.
Legal liability
The camper is liable for all damage. The owner is only liable for damages of culpable negligence or intention with the exception of liability for premises. The owner will not take care of any valuables. There is no liability against electricity failures.
Leisure time foyer:
Is available to you from 10 am - 10 pm.
Open fire / Barbecue
Open fire is prohibited on the whole facility. Please watch out for flying sparks during your barbecue. Fire extinguishers are located in the sanitary buildings.
Operation Manager
Please obey the instruction of the Operation Manager. He helps you with the set up your caravan, car and tent. Our Operation Manager must inspect and approve all changes to the campground.
Payments
All fees must be paid upfront. Please pay invoice amount the latest at time of arrival. There is no possibility of refunds. The campsite is booked and held for your reservation, (voucher as refund possible). Please show us membership ID (DCC, ICC) for discounts. A late discount is not possible.
Playing
Please use the distinctive zones for games and ball games. Barefoot walking only at your own risk. All playground apparatus are not for adults. Roller-skating (also inline skating) is not allowed in the sanitary buildings, leisure time-foyer and in front of the Kiosk.
Rest period
The rest period is between 10 pm and 7 am. Between 1 pm and 3 pm is midday rest. Make sure to strictly adhered to the rest period and midday rest. Exceptions: during our camperparty in the leisure time-foyer. During rest time is no registration possible. No cars may be operated. Arrivals can park their cars in front of the entrance (exception: emergency). Inspections are possible even during our camper party.
Swimming
For your own security please follow our regulations concerning swimming in the designated areas. There is no lifeguard at the beach. Swimming in other areas is not allowed, and it is also forbidden to take a swim after 10 pm.
Surfing
Only allowed in the designated areas, no surfing under red flag and under strong usage of the beach. Sailing and motor boats are not permitted. Please store your surfboard and material only on your campsite and attach them good.
Visitors
See also arrival / registration.
The camper is responsible and liable for the visitor, he has to take care that his visitor leaves the latest at 10 pm. Otherwise he will be charged for an extra night. Parking is only allowed at the visitor parking lot.
Vehicles
It is only allowed to drive on the marked path and with slow pace. Watch out for playing children! Please avoid unnecessary driving.
Waste
All waste must be placed in the provided bins. Please help to recycle and sort your waste. Rubbish bags are available at the front desk. You are responsible for emptying your waste. Waste water and faeces must be dumped in the sewer system or in the provided facility. Inspections are possible.
And at last
We try to help our environment. Please try it for yourself. It is possible to reduce costs and save our environment even with the smallest things e.g. during a shower, washing the dishes, usage of washing powder, current consumption and waste. It is not just for us or you it is for everyone and our environment. Thanking you in advanced.
